Guide
This page lists the scope, deliverables, and typical workflows for each website plan and standalone service. It also covers file ownership, hosting setups, and post-launch support.
Website plans
All plans are one-time payments for a complete website. The difference is the number of pages, how customer enquiries are handled, and whether you need to manage content yourself after launch. Each plan includes a specific set of services, and additional features can be added if needed.
Starter Plan
Build a professional online presence with a single-page layout designed for quick consumption, plus standard utility pages (e.g. contact forms, legal terms, policy pages, etc.). It includes sections for your services, about details, customer reviews, and direct WhatsApp or contact forms in one clean view.
Example use cases
What is included
- Single-page website layout for a single core service.
- Standard legal & utility pages in the background.
- Showcase sections for up to 6 services or products.
- Direct WhatsApp click-to-chat links and a contact enquiry form.
- Testimonials block to display reviews from your customers.
- Two revision rounds to adjust colors, fonts, or text after reviewing the preview.
- Post-launch support for 14 days to resolve any domain or email questions.

Growth Plan
We built the Growth plan as a natural step up for growing businesses that need to rank for multiple services on search engines. It takes the core sections of the Starter plan and expands them into custom dedicated pages, giving each service or product its own page to optimize search visibility and keep track of incoming client requests.
Example use cases
What is included
- Everything in Starter upgraded to a multi-page layout.
- Dedicated landing pages for each service or product.
- Custom intake forms with direct connection to your CRM or spreadsheets (depending on your workflow).
- A simple dashboard to view, search, and manage incoming messages in one place.
- A reviews page and homepage testimonials block to highlight customer feedback.
- Direct WhatsApp links configured on mobile layouts.
- SEO metadata, sitemap files, and structured schema markup for search engines.
- Analytics dashboard displaying page views, traffic sources, and submission rates.
- Two full rounds of revisions before launch.
- 30 days of post-launch technical support.

Scale & Authority Plan
In our experience, businesses that publish updates, manage changing products, or need advanced team workflow integrations need dynamic scale. This plan takes the multi-page layout of the Growth plan and adds a self-managed content editor (CMS) alongside dynamic catalogs or portfolio databases. Your team can add articles, update case studies, or manage product pages without editing the source code.
Example use cases
What is included
- Everything in Growth (multi-page structure & product/service pages).
- Self-managed CMS editor to dynamically publish pages without code.
- Portfolio and case study pages with customizable layouts for project photos.
- A searchable, categorized database for dynamic product catalogs.
- A live, 30-minute call to walk through your search engine console and analytics dashboards.
- A screen-recorded video guide showing your team how to use the editing dashboard.

Individual services
Each service can be purchased on its own—no website plan required. In our experience, clients usually buy individual services when they already have a website but need to add a specific feature, like a booking calendar or a professional domain email.
How projects work
Every project follows the same four phases, whether we're building a single-page site or setting up a booking system. Working in structured steps helps us launch on time without missing details.
Discovery call
A 10-minute call where you describe your business and what you need the site or service to do. We use this to confirm if we are a good fit for each other before making any agreements.
Scope and agreement
We send a summary listing the exact pages, integrations, content we need from you, a fixed cost, and a launch date. We start the work after you approve this list.
Build and preview
We build the website on a temporary link and send it to you. You can click through every page, test the forms on your phone, and send us a list of adjustments.
Launch and handover
After making the updates, we point the domain to the new hosting files and launch. We send you the code files, login details, and invite you to your analytics dashboard. Support continues for your plan's duration (14 or 30 days) to answer any questions.
How to choose
Based on what previous clients have done, here is how to think about whether a full plan or individual services fit your situation.
Decision guide
A plan works well when
You need a complete, new website and want everything—design, layout, enquiry forms, and domain launch—handled in a single project. Bundled plans also cost less than buying each service separately.
Individual services work well when
You already have a running website and just want to add a single feature, like setting up a professional domain email or adding a booking calendar. It's also a simple way to test how we work together before committing to a full website.
If you are still unsure, book a 10-minute call. We can listen to what you need and suggest an option.
After the project
What happens once the project is completed and what you receive.
What you own
Once you make the final payment, the custom code, design assets, and domains belong entirely to you. We hand over all login credentials and source files, or can help you manage them if you prefer.
Hosting and domains
You pay for domains and hosting directly to the provider. The account belongs entirely to you—you see exactly what it costs, and we never mark up the price. Once the files are ready, we hand them over, and you choose where they live.
Support after launch
Every plan comes with post-launch support (14 days for Starter, 30 days for Growth and Authority) to help resolve initial questions. After that, you can hire us for quick updates whenever you need—we don't lock you into monthly maintenance contracts.
